The North Salem Farmers Market is a weekly market beginning on Thursday, May 26th through Thursday, September 1st, 2022 from 5-7:30 PM. This event will be located at the intersection of Pearl and Broadway Streets. Come out to quaint and nostalgic North Salem for vendors, food trucks, and fun activities like a Pet Parade, Chalk Drawing Contest, and Cornhole Competition (details to follow with dates). The market is WIC and Food Stamps approved. Local businesses such as Perillos Pizzeria and Miller’s Sundries and Antiques are also open during market hours, so you can grab some great Italian food or an old fashion ice cream treat while you’re here!
Trash pick-up is provided by Ray’s Trash. Trash is usually picked up in the afternoon, however, Ray’s periodically changes their route, so it could be morning at any given time, so it’s important to always have it out by 6:30 a.m. Limit is 5 bags per week. It’s important to let us know ASAP if your trash doesn’t get picked up, please call the Town Hall at 765-676-6210 to report, OR you may also call Ray’s directly at 1-800-531-6752.
